You should get an offer or two, way back of spot probably but offers nonetheless. :)

Thats just it, I have collected since I was a kid. So to make it easier, it will probably be some various highly wanted stuff - gold coins (K-rands and US mint), 100 oz Engelhard rectangle bars (I will dig out the ex-Puff one if wanted), misc silver rounds, junk US pre-64 silver, medals.

Once I sort thru a few boxes and pick some out, I will take some bad photos (probably) and post them. I wont bore you with why I am selling but will say it involves a storm, roof and gutters, and easier to just pay for it vs getting my insurance rates jacked up.

Sorry to hear about the damage, but....you will get 300 posts on the general forum with the crags arguing whether you are better off making the insurance claim or paying for the repairs yourself.

Really, dude. You're crazy if you don't file an insurance claim.

What is the best way to send items as its been awhile since I sold anything. I used to use Priority mail insured with del confirmation. Does Paypal still have the gift feature with no fees?

Kitco shows 100 oz silver bars at $1776, so how about $1776 with insured priority mail, paid via paypal if that is still the best way to send. https://online.kitco.com/buy/1007/100-oz-Silver-Bar-999-1007

of note this is the ex-Puff flood fund bar which he bought from Apmex, his receipt is included.

Using Kitco again https://online.kitco.com/buy/3200/1-oz-Gold-South-African-Krugerrand-Coin-9167-3200

The 1oz Krands go for $1298. So would sell the 1oz for that and 1/2oz for $649, shipped ins Priority mail again

Thanks but I was mostly just curious since I have a 100 oz J-M bar that I'm thinking about selling. The CU Forum has a BST thread in the Precious Metals Forum there. Might be a good place to list it. APMEX sells at full retail so it may be hard to get what you are asking for it.

Does Kitco include shipping? As I was including it in the price
