CHUMP CHANGE!

Is it too early to cancel the order for your whatchamacallit and deploy that money into BTC and then essentially make the whatchamacallit kinda FREE?

And then the properties.... LOTS of funds for bitcoins. :D :D :D :D :D

Yes, sorta. I signed up through binance initially. After a bit, I bought 1 unit of LTC for $84. It's currently at $304 - I've been playing around with buying and selling the $30-$40 swings.

I'm sitting on $700 and some change currently. It's been quite the roller coaster, good thing it's not real money.

i play online poker sometimes and whenever i've hit a decent win, I withdraw my money in bitcoin..

I hit about $1600 earlier in the year, took $800 out in bitcoin, transferred it to a Bitpay Visa card and used it to pay a couple of bills..

damnit..

it was only worth a couple thousand bucks at the time..

I still have a couple hundred bucks in bitcoin though, I guess I'm just gonna leave it and see how high it goes..

The thing about it is that everybody is all hyped about storing wealth in it, but damn few mentioning how to get money out for using.
One guy i know is using it thru Apmex to get silver, but that just means storing the wealth in silver.

I think this is a great idea. Silver or gold... take the gains from this new thing and purchase physical metal? Heck yes.
I plan to do the same if/when the gains become substantial.

Long Island Iced Tea Corp. Has Changed Its Name To Long Blockchain; Stock Soars

Reminds me of the Pets.com story in 1999.

This pub in Itaewon takes bitcoin. I thought I would see more signs...the (South) Koreans are big into the crypto.

-Rough holiday season for bitcoin. Lots of negative news. BTC drops below $12k last week but here we are...new year...and it's up $1,700 to over $15k. In the same time GBTC drops from $3,400 to $1,500, today, $2,200.

-Peter Thiel of former Paypal buys $15-$20 million of bitcoin for his Founders fund in 2017.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/report-p ... 47540.html

-Ripple is second highest market cap.

-CEO of RIOT (almost) cashes out and cannot be found...

-Prediction: Environmentalist will build a case against mining because of the high amount of energy required to 'mine' one bitcoin. US Gov't will impose a carbon tax of sorts on miners.
