AG-3 silver dollars that are original and problem free are really neat or maybe I'm just weird. :D

I sure wish I hadn't sold my "shaggy dog" 7070.

Comprised of the absolute WORST coins I could find. I think I completed all but one seated dollar.
The one I had was a 59-S holed and plugged with ...I think...aluminum.

Counterfeits took precedence except for such gems as the 3c nickel that had stalagmites of verdigris on it. Had to take care not to break them off when inserting in the hole.

On the more modern (Franklin +) issues I had quite a few examples of the coin cutter's work.

I put it on the old Autex teletype and I think it sold within 15 minutes.

Yes, I had all the copper. REALLY BAD....

The 20c was smooth on one side and corroded on the other.

Even had a fake reeded edge half.

It was before pictures, but I can still remember them pretty vividly.

I mean...AWFUL !!!!!
