THIS is how my home page USED TO look.

IS there ANY way to make it come back like this?
Really. To get an image, I have to take an extra step to find the goddam article on the subject FIRST...
and THEN.... select "images" from the line underneath.

I'd REALLY like to solve this if it is possible.

Format your disk and reinstall.
It should all come back then. Try it.

What if you use a different browser? I tried it in Safari and I get those links. But in Chrome, I don't.

was it ever broken? you never posted screeenshots of the missing user interface. but you posted screenshots of it being there.

i think this whole thing is a giant scam, a small part of a larger fraud you are trying to pull off.

I have been having issues with a new laptop.
Constant issues.
That's pretty much what I have been hearing. What did you do?
